Yoga centre and www.pinkiyoga.com. We know that
yoga is the male prominent field. But leaving
these things far way back our ethical teacher,
Miss Pinki Ghanghas has made up her mark in this
field. She is from the northern state of India.
Since her childhood she was enthusiastic for
spirituality and meditation.she studied yoga
science from one of the oldest yoga institute
from kaivalyadhama lonavala. in India Their interest in this area
has led her en path for yoga exercises research.
She has completed her academics in yoga science
only. She did Yoga Therapy course from Chandigarh Punjab University and M. Sc. in Yoga
and Naturopathy from Vinayaka Mission
University. She has been appreciated by various
awards. She won gold medal at National yoga
championship award. Her perfection lead her to
be called an ideal and best yoga teacher.
: Being born into a yogic family, Manoj started practising yoga from very young age. He won several awards in Yoga competitions including a gold medal at National Yoga Championship. Manoj received his post-graduate diploma in yoga from Kaivalyadhama. , he taught yoga in Singapore and throughout India. Manoj is specialized teacher in Hatha Yoga and is trained in many styles, including Weight loss Yoga, hot Hatha, power, core, yin, hot, flow, and hot flow yoga as well as yoga therapy.

Teacher): Professor G. S. Sahay was born on
2nd July 1951 and joined world’s renowned Yoga
Research Institute in the year 1976 and worked
as Research Officer in Philosophico-Literary
Department ,Kaivalyadhama (Lonavla) till his
retirement in July 2011.
Prof. Sahay has done
M.A.(Sanskrit Gold Medalist). With having around
34 years of teaching experience to the post
graduate students at G.S. college of Yoga and
cultural synthesis Lonavla , and taught Indian
philosophy, Patanjali Yoga sutras, and
Traditional Yogic texts. He has also provided
classes in different re-orientation programs
structured for the instructors from the schools
of Maharashtra and central govt. He has
performed various Yoga camps and classes on Yoga
in Indian as well as visited Seoul South Korea
to perform Yoga classes.
Prof. Sahay is a member of
Advisory panel, Board of studies and recognized
visiting faculty to various Colleges and
Organizations in Indian and abroad. He has
created more than 35 Research papers released in
Yoga Mimamsa as well as in Native indian and
foreign magazines. He has joined various
nationwide and worldwide meetings on yoga and
allied topics. He is also co-editor of 12 books
on Yoga released by Yoga Mimamsa publications.
Prof. Sahay has been
recognized as Eminent Yoga Expert for T.K.D.L.
project, A joint project by CSIR, Ministry of
Health, Department of AYUSH, Govt.of India and
MDNIY. The TKDL Project is used to digitalize
the traditional knowledge well reported in
Indian scriptures. Currently Prof. Sahay is
working in the capacity of Head and Managing
Editor of Yoga Mimamsa at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla.
Prof. Sahay has dedicated his
entire life to study the fictional element of
Yoga and provide the lessons of Indian
philosophy and conventional yoga to younger
generation in a very simple and specific manner.
He constantly motivate the students of Yoga
through his articles and live lectures.
Koliada: At the outset Irina Koliada took a
great interest in yoga in Ukraine. In spite of
doing many kind of extreme sports she said that
only practicing yoga could help her to calm down
her overactive mind and become more concentrated
and determined as well as gain real control of
body and mind. To study and research a roots and
styles of yoga she used to come regularly to
